We are non-participating providers for all insurance plans. Full fees are collected upfront, and claim forms are provided for reimbursement.

For a nominal fee, their team works directly with your insurance provider to clarify coverage and copayments before you begin. They also manage the entire claims process, following up on your behalf to ensure you receive the maximum reimbursement possible.

We recommend that you speak with your Kaiser Permanente PCP for the proper referral to Kaiser's sleep department. They take care of diagnostic testing and treatment using Kaiser insurance.
